All services are provided by trained and experienced pet care professionals who are committed to the safety and wellbeing of your animals.
Service bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone. We require at least 24 hours' notice for standard bookings and 48 hours for specialized services. Last-minute or emergency bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their pets, including medical conditions, behavioral issues, dietary requirements, and emergency contact details.
Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Late payments may incur additional fees. Clients with outstanding balances may have future services suspended until payment is received in full.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service or no-shows are non-refundable.
Dwellingzone reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, staff illness, or safety concerns. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Dwellingzone maintains comprehensive liability insurance for all services provided. However, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing health conditions, injuries resulting from pet behavior beyond our control, or damage caused by pets to property or third parties.
Clients are encouraged to maintain their own pet insurance. In the event of a veterinary emergency, we will make every effort to contact you immediately and will follow your instructions or seek emergency care if you cannot be reached.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws. Information collected is used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Dwellingzone reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
